I am an artist, performer, teacher and healer.

My art is inspired by my desire to express and translate levels of subtle energetic experience and bring them into form.  ‘Form from the formless’ so to speak.

Having been inspired by writers such as Eckhart Tolle, who teaches about the importance and power of living a life in present moment awareness, I am exploring my first long-term photographic project entitled ‘Dynamics of Presence’. I am particularly interested in the reciprocity between an individual and the environment that reveals itself when one shifts one’s awareness directly into the now.

My current artwork also includes video and performance projects – examples of which can be seen throughout the site.

On page C and at lucidtime you can see details of my collaborative work with my partner, Stephen Morallee.  The website showcases our photographic artwork created with spontaneous movement and gives details of past and future events.

As well as art and performance I am passionate about music, fitness and my beautiful chocolate labrador, Ty.

Since 1998 I have been fortunate to have trained with exceptional energy healers around the world including my original Reiki Master – Paul Ribet, Helen Rockliff – evolutionary life/business coach, the originator of Neuro Linguistic Programing – Richard Bandler, Amarna Sinclair Melchizedek – Teacher of the Flower of Life, John Turner of Mump & Smoot in Manitoulin, Canada and Georgina Eden, in Vancouver – my current teacher.
