Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop with Neil Seligman
Self-compassion lies at the leading edge of mindfulness practice and personal development. For many, the skill of treating yourself as you would a good friend is rather challenging. In this experiential workshop we will explore our own relationship with self, practicing mindful self-acceptance and exploring self-compassion along the way. Who is Neil Seligman?
Neil Seligman is a leading International Mindfulness Expert, Author and Presenter. He is the Founder of The Conscious Professional, a pioneer of the Mindfulness and Conscious Leadership movement, and the author of two books: Conscious Leadership and 100 Mindfulness Meditations.
