An Enlightening Half-Day Retreat With Neil Seligman

It is my pleasure to announce my first retreat of 2022! This will be a 3-hour online session designed to offer an in-depth experience of long-form mindfulness practice, discussion ranging from the basics to the more spiritual elements of meditation and access to aspects of the teachings that are less easy to communicate in short classes and trainings.

Within the generous flow of the retreat there will be time for your reflections, questions, and shares. (Do note though – no sharing is required if you prefer to travel silently through).

Each retreat has limited spaces.

What to Expect?

You will be be expertly guided in a series of long-form mindfulness practices.
We will work with some of the attitudinals of mindfulness: non-striving, non-judgment, acceptance, letting go, and letting be.
We will learn how to cultivate presence, awareness, inner strength, and kindness through practice.
You will have time to listen to the deeper streams of your inner world and remember what is most important for you at this time.
You will have space to connect your intentions to your activities: your being to your doing.
You will leave with a deeper appreciation for the power of your practice.


Who is The Power of Practice Retreat for?

This retreat is for meditators with some prior experience who wish to deepen and/or re-inspire their practice. If you are unsure if the retreat is suitable for you, please contact the organiser in advance of purchasing your space.


How To Prepare

You can join from the comfort of your own space via Zoom and you may wish to prepare by setting up a favourite meditation chair or cushion, bringing water and intentional objects into the space as well as a notebook to harvest your insights and experiences. Zoom details will be emailed to you in advance of the session.


Who is Neil Seligman?

A recording will be made of this retreat and your purchase includes lifetime access to this file for your sole use.
This will enable you to participate in the retreat at a convenient time and repeat it as many times as you wish.


How Much is the Mindfulness Retreat?



I’m Not Sure if Mindfulness is Suitable For Me?

Neil teaches mindfulness as a secular skill and all are welcome. However please note the following:

Mindfulness may not be suitable for you if you are suffering from a serious mental health condition such as PTSD, acute depression, severe addiction, psychosis, suicidality, schizophrenia or a dissociative disorder. Do please consult with your own mental health professional before booking.
