You Can Meditate!
Since becoming a Reiki Master as a teenager, I have been fascinated by meditation, healing, and human potential. Having practiced mindfulness now for well over 20 years, I enjoy nothing more than welcoming students into the deepening of their own practice, whatever their starting point. I am qualified to deliver both the gold standard Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course and the .B children’s mindfulness course (pronounced Dot B from the UK Mindfulness in Schools Project) and I love working with both adults and children 7 years and up. Listening to your intentions for practice I will craft bespoke sessions for you that meet your specific needs.

Neil has authored two books: 100 Mindfulness Meditations and Conscious Leadership as well as his flagship online course Zen in Ten! He has been featured by the BBC, The Sunday Times, The Sun, The Mirror, Psychologies, Yoga Magazine, Best Magazine, OmYoga Magazine, Attitude, Soul & Spirit Magazine, and many more! Neil has appeared at events speaking internationally on mindfulness including in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, Ireland – giving the keynote at The Mindfulness India Summit in 2019 and speaking at the Wisdom 2.0 Conference in San Francisco in 2020.

Mindfulness Incubator: For Beginners
If you are just starting out – the Mindfulness Incubator is a great place to begin. Three sessions to get you up and running and over the hurdles that trip up so many on the early path of mindfulness.
Mastering Mindfulness Course: For Intermediates
If you have a practice but feel a little stuck, uninspired or wish to deepen your practice, the Mastering Mindfulness Course is for you. Begin with a set of three or six sessions.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course 1:1 (8 1-hour sessions across 8-16 weeks)
I love teaching the world-renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course 1:1. The MBSR Course is perfect for someone who wishes to complete the 8-week course flexibly and remotely with expert individual guidance and feedback.
VIP Mindfulness Services
Please enquire directly regarding bespoke sessions delivered in person at your residence or to accompany your family travel plans. Tailored mindfulness retreats can also be designed with your specific needs in mind and delivered on location subject to availability.
